Bright Laundry residential service:
Bright Laundry will pick up, clean and deliver your laundry right to your door for a flat fee of C$1.50 per pound (sales taxes included). The minimum weight for each laundry bag is 15 pounds. If a client’s bag weighs less than 15 lb, it will be charged as 15 lb.
Your clothes are treated with specially formulated detergents and bleach products (if necessary) to optimize the process of removing stains and thoroughly cleaning each article. If you would like Bright Laundry to clean your laundry with special detergent, simply give it to our driver and provide us with instructions.
Our staff will carefully separate, wash, dry and fold all of your laundry and ensure that any special instructions are followed diligently. Garment tags attached to articles of clothing are followed to ensure that the proper treatment is provided to all orders. This includes hand washing, cold washing, flat drying, and line drying and drying at low settings.
The total cost of your order will be calculated on the weight of all items cleaned. Personal clothing, bedding, towels, comforters, duvet covers, cushion covers, blankets and anything else that you wish to have cleaned can be placed in the Bright Laundry bag(s) that will be brought to you on your first pickup.
